NOTE:
- The fees listed above include breakfast, local tax, VAT 5% and are valid except during legal holidays.
- The fee includes wi-fi access without needing password and parking tax (so it is free).
- Children below 7 (exclusively) accommodated together with the parents, without asking for an additional bed, get free stay and breakfast;
- For a child aged between 7 (inclusively) and 15 (exclusively), accommodated together with the parents, without asking for an additional bed, a sum equivalent to the breakfast cost is required to be paid;
- The rooms with balcony are limited in number and are offered as long as they are available.
Cancelling requirements
We ask you to call for another confirmation of the reservation before sending the advance payment. After receiving the account number, the reservation gets blocked for 24 hours in order to pay the advance. If the payment is not made during this time, the reservation gets cancelled.
If the cancellation of the reservation is done any moment after the advance is paid or 15 days the latest before the beginning of the stay period, the penalty will be equal to the advance sum.
If the cancellation of the reservation is done within a shorter period than 15 days before the stay period or if the tourist isn’t present in person at the reception on the established date, the penalty will be equal to 100% of the total price of the accommodation.
